VIII. Scoring

1. Points: Official scoring is as follows:

    A. Touchdown:

      passing = 3 points
      rushing = 6 points
      receiving = 6 points
      return = 6 points

    B. Field goal:

      0-39 yds = 3 points
      40-49 yds  = 5 points
      50-59 yards = 7 points

    C. Extra point: = 1 point

    D. Conversion: = 2 points

    E. Safety: = 2 points

    F. Performance:

      rushing = 1 per 10 yards
      receiving = 1 per 10 yards
      passing = 1 per 20 yards
      sack = 1 point
      fumble rec. = 1 point
      interception = 1 point

2. Official scoring:  The statistics provided by the league’s designated software package will be used to settle any scoring disputes, and will be considered official and final.

3. The weekly score will be tabulated by the Commissioner and will be distributed on Tuesday morning.

4. The winner will be the team with the highest total score by the eight designated starters (see Article IX, "Tiebreakers").

IX. Tie Breakers

1. Regular season game:

    A. Highest OT player points.

    B. If no OT player is provided, the OT score is a zero.

    C. The game is a tie if the OT points are equal.

2. Post season games:

    A. Three sequential OT players (OT1, OT2, OT3) shall be provided.

    B. Highest OT1 Player point total

    C. Highest OT2 Player point total

    D. Highest OT3 Player point total

    E. Season total starting points scored

    F. Season overall record

    G. Coin flip

3. Season standings:

    A. Overall record

    B. Season total starting points scored

    C. Head-to-head record

    D. Division record

    E. Season most starting points against

    F. Coin flip
